This is your opportunity to reflect on the past year: achievements, challenges, feedback, support.  Share your school's story with other coordinators.

The main focus for this session is around sharing your programmes and best practice around plans for sustainability.  We would like coordinators to bring along or think about two-three things you are happy to share which identify approaches you are taking in your school to embed the work you are doing through the Creative Partnerships' Change School programme.
