Our Purposes for Processing your Personal Data:

Mailing Lists

Cre8us will be sending out mailings of relevant information e.g. (although not limited to these) newsletters, invitations to events. Such mailings will be sent to named individuals who have specifically asked to be included on the relevant mailing list.  If you wish to receive such mailings you should tick the corresponding box. If you tick the yes box, this will be taken (in conjunction with your signature below) as permission for us to send you the mailings in question.

Sharing of Personal Data

The information held on the database will be used to inform Cre8us about your organisation and its activity. It will also enable the above parties, as database users, to contact you direct.

Providing Information to Third Parties

Information about organisations and individuals that supply products and services to those involved with Cre8us may be disclosed to third parties outside Cre8us (e.g. in the form of a resource directory or in response to a specific enquiry).

The Cre8us database will hold details of arts and cultural organisations and creative businesses and the information stored could be shared between those on the database. If you ask for your details to be disclosed to third parties, this will include your contact name, business email address and business telephone number.

Cre8us may have to withhold some information where it has a duty of confidentiality to third parties under The Data Protection Act 1998.

Amending Data

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
