Cre8us Ltd will not be sending out regular mailings of information at this present time (e.g. newsletters, opportunities, invitations to events etc). However, in the future we hope to be able to send out such mailings again (as we have done in the past!); mailings will only be sent to named individuals who have been included in Cre8us mailing lists previously (and who have not asked to be removed).
The information held on our database will be used to inform Cre8us Ltd about your organisation and its activity. It will also enable us to contact you directly.
Information about organisations and individuals that supply products and services to those involved with Cre8us Ltd may be disclosed to third parties outside Cre8us Ltd (e.g. in the form of a resource directory or in response to a specific enquiry).
The Cre8us Ltd database holds details of arts and cultural organisations and creative businesses and the information stored could be shared between those on the database. If you ask for your details to be disclosed to third parties, this will include your contact name, business email address and business telephone number.

Cre8us may have to withhold some information where it has a duty of confidentiality to third parties under The Data Protection Act 1998.
