Cre8us promotes a creative approach to learning in order to make a meaningful and lasting difference to the lives of young people. Whether your challenge is to improve the engagement of pupils, increase enjoyment of writing for boys in a particular year group, increase pupil voice, or develop a more creative curriculum for your whole school - Cre8us will support you to plan and deliver a bespoke programme of work. Working in partnership with you, Cre8us provides you with creative practitioners and access to funding to provide young people with exciting creative and cultural opportunities.
We are now recruiting schools in our region who want to try out new creative approaches to teaching and learning and are prepared to work with creative professionals to make this happen!
We are looking for schools to join our ENQUIRY SCHOOL programme.
This is a one year creative learning programme, typically targeted at a specific group of pupils and teachers. Schools receive up to £3,000 of funing and support from a creative professional to explore and develop a new creative approach to teaching and learning in a way that will benefit their school. (Schools must match fund 25% of the total budget, i.e. £1,000).
Would you like to find out more information about the Enquiry School programme?.... Why not come along to the Information Event we are holding on 20th April 2010. For more information about this event, please take a look at the events section of the website.
